    Senator Palumbo moved to amend the Senate Judiciary Committee amendment on page four, section three, by striking out subdivision (14) in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new subdivision, designated subdivision (14), to read as follows:

    (24) "Resident brewer" means any brewer or manufacturer whose principal place of business and manufacture is located within this state and whose volume of brewed or manufactured non-intoxicating beer or non-intoxicating craft beer self-distributed by such resident brewer in this state does not exceed 10,000 barrels of such beer annually.
